好久沒新增了

現在乘有空就打一個

已經放假了
現在隻是去攀岩訓練而已
不然就是在家裡看著電腦發呆
或睡覺

攀岩現在又蠻無趣的
我一直進步不了！

教練也對我的處在毫不在乎
有時指點我一下就不理睬我了

去台灣舞蹈的彩排已近七七八八了
我們男生隻彩排了一次
就在上個星期一去萊初獻丑

雖然跌倒了一兩次

可是最后還是完成了

although i seem to miss it somehow

i really wish i could redo the whole thing..

it is stupid screwed up.

i SKIPPED one whole slide man!!!

i wrote double sided on the cue card - then forgot to flip over and jus went to the next cue card

and oops.. one whole slide.. 30-40 secs gone..

this means that my OP is only like 4 min..

今天累死了
太久沒攀岩了

扒到團團轉撞到了膝蓋

每當不是真正訓練時
其他人在攀岩時
我都偷偷溜去打籃球
結果今天‘手指力’一點也沒有

看到別人都進步了

而我們去台灣是在24號

今天超氣

一半天給一個人給浪費掉了

本來有專題作業會議在1130-bedok的麥當勞

我踏出們不久
他就傳個簡訊說他有個會議還沒開完
所以把時間改去1230

我無所謂
便去了圖書館
看一下漫畫
打發時間

然后去KFC吃午餐
這時又收到他的簡訊說會議還沒開完！
要把時間改去1330！
而且在parkway的麥當勞！
我等了兩個鐘都白費了！

去到那裡，其他組員在1345都到了

除了他！

那個所要有專題作業會議的他卻還沒來！
我們便自己開始討論。
30分鐘，討論完了xD
（太快了吧！）

Lets blog about my 5 days expedition in Stong...

DAY1
with our already loaded bagpack, me and h3 made our way to TJC to collect MORE FOOD for 2 extra days!! my bagpack is like 18kg 0.0 one-fifth of my weight =(
nevertheless we still need to push on! chiong arh! me,h3,pillow boarded a cab and made our way to the train station.. where we slack for like 2 hrs playing cards.. eating.. etc..beofre boarding the train at 1800.

We took the seats while to tcher took the beds (they r rich, what to do?)
So we settle down, find out how the doors work, where the toilets were, canteen.. and open our gambling den.

Play bridge, big 2, indian poker. Long time since i play cards.. Indian poker was sucky, have to do forfeit if u lose, and poor yingxiao, lose two times.. kissed ZhengWei hand for the 1st forfeit and did a table top infront of 20 passengers for the 2nd. And noob la, nobody even talk about my card, only talk if joker was the biggest or smallest.. i keep on saying it was the biggest.. they said it was the smallest and before i knew it, i was the joker.. -__- poor me, have to shake my head like a mad man in front of other pissed of passenger..i did it for jus .5 sec before rushing back..

we decide to play some 'quiet' game after that..

DAY 2
reached DABONG.. joey and joel went to buy some shoes that the guide recommend.. IMBA shoes..or kampung addidas.. hanyang also went to buy one as his shoes is really pathetic..

...

caving.. went exloring dark caves.. tall ppl like me have trouble and keep on banging onto the ceiling.. and my stupid torch cant even take a blow.. one drop and it spoils(grassy ground some more).

...

started trekking up to base camp.. poor seokkian.. fell down when climbing up a slippery rock.. dont smile to much next tym =) nevertheless still got guy will want u de la.. wonder if it was Zoe.. i tink she will stay at home and cry for 7 7 49 days.
trek trek trek ouch ouch ouch.. scrap by vegetations along the way.. bitten by mozzie..

Base Camp
jus hate crossing waterfalls....it is damn scary.. cant imagine if i fall in.. =x
we had to cross one in order to reach our camp site.. and we set up our tents and stuff.. argh.. brought all kinds of strings except the one tt is needed - raffia string. mr tan was pissed off even more when i only brought 2 groundsheet and that his tent poles were wrong..my mood that night was bad.. we went cooking bathing sleeping... ... ..Zzz

DAY3
trek up to summit.. crossing steep 'cliff', water across log bridge, and now poor mr hsu injured his knee and dislocate his shoulder.. ouch!!! kudos to his determination which brought him up to the summit..

trekking down was boring and damaging to the knees.. my knees was damn pain.. lucky i got knee guards.. thanks dad..

more cuts.. ouch..

DAY4
waterfall trek.. scarrryy.. i dont wanna fall.. lucky nobody did.. we saw trails of ants on the way.. and clip up steep cliffs.. got more cuts.. and finally reach the waterfall which the water from stong and ayam met.. jumped into the cold water and started to play.. we were all transform to small little kids.. haha..

okay.. whatever goes up muz come down.. so down we go.. abseiling down the steep cliff.. and crossing trails of ants.. cutting more cuts.. and reach base camp once again..

rah.. it started to POUR.. i can imagine muddy trails, ppl slipping, falling.. haix.. and it became so real soo soon.. not for the ppl wear IMBA shoes though..

indulge in soft drinks and fried food once we reach the bottom.. inspite of flies flying all around the food.. hmmm... lucky no one got stomachache..

waited at the train station.. went arnd 'shopping'.. pillow got con when i said there was a lan shop and he went back to get his $$ and rush back to me... only to see where i was pointing at.. (a signboard -internet). we went towards that direction but found nothing.. only a hp shop.. with only 1 pathetic com.

POLAR BEAR rules the night.. as we started playing polar bear.. after we got tired of our cards games..

continue playing a few rounds on the trains.. and poof before we all fell asleep..Zzzz

DAY5

i dread this day.. u can ask jes why.. i told her that i will cry on this day..not becos i m too happy.. cos we need to wash up everything.. muddy tents poncho.. argh!!!

we board taxis and make our way back to TJ.. the half asleep taxi driver cheating our money, $10.40. noob driver..feedback to ur company then u know.. washing up of stuff.. having jacobs eating competition wif jacobs king- Nic.. lol.. and it all ends around 4-5+..

got into the taiwan immersion thingy.. and have to practice dacing.. which i totally hate!! (did my 1st 'dance' during cheerleading= SUCKs!)

tis is gonna be a looooong post.. so if you are feeling bored or wanna know more about my boring lifestyle read on.. if not jus summarise everything below and tag =)

finally, everything had ended! cheerleading, tests, mock SPA, climb X.. etc.. time to relax a bit as JCT is coming really soon.. argh!! 1++ more month..

cheerleading! although we did not win, we are winners in our heart, we go out there and gave out all my best! (at least i did so) i totally enjoyed myself out there.. not caring about stuffs like tests, [i m without my spec so cant see much too] most of the stunts managed to went up and i am very satisfied with our coffin! nice work man! i wonder how me n ks did it.. amazing.. but why we jus did not win.. haix.. nevertheless as Mr Tan said "for every competition,you must always be prepared to lose. if you are not prepared to lose then dont compete" i will always bear that in mind. stunts are just a small part of my life, the cheerleading outfit is gonna be shuff at one corner of my cupboard soon.. collecting dust.. byeee alpha cheerleading.. good luck for next year cheerleading!! oh, before i forgot, as if they will visit my blog, i would like to thank our coaches, especially gary and esmond for their dedication and hardwork!!! three cheers for them!!!

tests and mock spa! flung them all i think.. msot prob.. but i tink i can manage a pass for all EXCEPT econs which i never touched at all. hopefully i will SCORE for my real SPA!

climb-x was a success! great job seniors and organizing committee! watching the seniors climb was a totally new experience.. [better than the french com where i sat too far away and the belayers sux =x] our climbers were really very pro.. with various interesting poses and powerful finger/arm power!! no pump man!! although i am an official, i felt that i did nothing much at all, didnt contribute much.. my job was to stand at the main gate to prevent any climbers from coming in.. but not even one climber walk pass there -___-. crappy. in the end jus spend most of the time watching the pro ppl climbing! one of these days, i am going to be one of them.. one of these days.. the most interesting part of the com is the sch trophy. I wonder if it is on purpose. The trophy has our school logo printed on it, and if i rmb correctly the words ' Temasek Junior College Inter JC climbing Competition etc.. School Champion etc'. which school will wanna receive a trophy with another JC sch logo on it and sch name some more.. so it was just meant for us =)

okay mum nagging already.. haix.. why mus she always nag.. endure..signing off now.. will edit this post some other days..

Really busy this few weeks.. almost everyday reach home after 9pm! and what i get when i reach home- naggings! it really pissed me off.. reaching home so tired and the first thing they said to me was 'why so late' 'join this kind of stuff for what' 'studies come first'. i jus wanna sleep xia!! so fed up!

foget about tis.. climbing is getting more fun.. pushing my limits during every PT. shiok!

no time for pull-ups now. getting weaker.. max pull up decrease to 5 le.. but something is wrong with my body.. too many 'injuries' especially after cheerleading. the left part of my body suffered the most 'injuries'. over strain my thigh muscle(cant even squat down to shit this morning), my wrist,elbow,shoulder when rotated or stretch until a certain angle will cause a sharp intense pain. the elbow being the most affect.. haix.. hopefully all will go well soon.. wun wanna injured myself before 30th april and climbing expedition..

hmm.. i got in climbing.. yeah! still have a chance to 'feel' the boulder wall..
jus went to gym today.. the 2nd time i ever stepped into a gym and the 1st time i stepped in TJC gym. tried out a few of the 'machines'. so fun, especially the 'rowing' one, rowed for 1km.. and found out after that that i had stretched every muscle except my leg.. result=cramp
once again.. i remind everyone to stretch ur muscle before any physical excercise =)

Finally, i found some free time to blog.. really bz for the past few day..
but dont think it really matters, nobody visit my blog anyway

CONGRAT TO ELEANOR and WEI CHENG and TERRENCE for getting into the finals of Boulderactive!! Fantastic job for all those who even dare to attempt! The determination and perserverance that u all had shown really inspired me! Keep up the god job!!

The new time table sux.. thursday end at 4.40.. xian la so late!! then econs tutorials is on mon n tues.. means monday giv homework, tuesday must submit le.. our 1st tutorial need to do essay draft le la! haix.. but at least it was the 1st REAL work that i had done for econs and i got almost all the points! =)

i joined cheerleading.. hmm.. dosen sounds like a guy topic.. but i joined cos i think that it is interesting. i joined student official initially but quit and join cheer.. so far so good.. but i just have no strength.. either that or my tactic is wrong.. but i think that it is the former.. jus cant lift the girl up no matter how many times i tried! so what if i had improve my pull up from 0 to 5.. so what if i train so hard and during the sports meet i cant even lift the girl up..
jus hope that thursday training will turn up right, if not i really dunno what to do..

college life is starting to take up most of my time.. sleeping at 12 and waking up at 5.30.. but at least i can spend more time wif friends in sch.. that is the thing that motivate me to go to sch.. and of cos climbing/bouldering!

talking about that.. i jus completed the first route!!! without assistance.. [although terrence did guide me to step on that tile].. nearly completed the 2nd route.. my hand jus slipped of the final tile.. mayb i can completed it with another try.. but jus rushing for time.. i will complete that route soon! i swear!

and ppl rmb to stretch b4 any excercise! u nv know when u will strain ur muscle..

went to funan today to watch the finals for the DOTA competition. although i had already quitted the game b4 Os, it is still fun watching.

sad that xinmin was beaten by Ngee Ann poly in the quarter finals. but nevertheless well done X=Q!

here are the result

1st: Ngee Ann Poly

2nd: ITE Tampines

3rd: Temasek Poly

the 3rd/4th placing match took about 75min+.. shadow fiend got 2 divine xia.. godlike..

the finals took a whooping 130min++.. see until want sleep xia.. ITE tamp keep on defending at their base then dowan attack.. then TP keep on farming.. ZZZzzz.. at least TP decided to chiong at last.. their QOP got two divine too.. but the other team is also not bad only that got some feeder...

the commentators were damn lame la.. below were some of what they commented...

leading climbing.. hmm quite fun[clip! clip! clip!]
didnt get it right initially and coach was like quite fed up after demoing to me a few times.. but when i am on the wall almost everything went okay

except...

for the long wall..which i took the wrong side of the rope to 'clip' and the short wall which i grab a very nice tile to hold.. but that tile is for the other wall.. -__- so shiok la.. the tile.. so nice to grab..

hope that i can know more J2 climbers soon.. know one gal call.. eh.. rachel today..
