I really enjoyed this book. Normally, I wouldn't be interested in fantasy, but after a friend told me about it, I gave it a shot. It was a true page-turner. You think you know what will happen next, but the plot twists are pretty epic. And the ending- never would have guessed. There are some crazy characters in this one- pretty deep. After reading this book, I got the author's original book- Rundor's Apprentice, and was not disappointed- every bit as interesting as this one. This story was very unique and inspired- I look forward to his next book!Product details

This was a really fun read. The character Eli is well developed and I was constantly engaged to see what would happen next. I definitely recommend the book to anyone who is looking for a fantasy novel that will be tough to put down.
